What Are

Recovery Lights

You are in a unique position to help bring worldwide attention to the benefits of recovery from addiction and assist us in spreading hope around the globe.

Purple is the color that symbolically represents addiction recovery. We simply ask that on September 30th you place purple floodlights (or change your lighting color to purple) on your most noteworthy/symbolic buildings to stand in unity with other cities around the world on this date.

Thank you from the International Recovery Day Steering Committee.

Recovery Lights

Around the World

Want to talk to us about your city/town participation in this project? We’d love to hear from you and if you send us photos of your Recovery Lights, we would be happy to publish them on this site.
